WE AT MMW Distributors Inc. URGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO CHECK ALL SHIPMENTS FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING ANY TYPE OF BILL OF LANDING PRESENTED TO YOU BY THE TRUCKING COMPANY. BY SIGNING THE TRUCKING COMPANY'S BILL OF LANDING, YOU AGREE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY & MMW Distributors Inc. THAT ALL PACKAGES ARE IN GOOD ORDER AND IN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION. AFTER A BILL OF LANDING IS SIGNED & THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED, NEITHER THE SHIPPING COMPANY NOR MMW Distributors Inc. WILL ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR THE PACKAGE. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED: NOTE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED ON THE BILL OF LADING, NOTIFY MMW Distributors Inc. BY PHONE IMMEDIATELY, & REFUSE THE PACKAGE. IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF DAMAGED PARTS AND THE BOX. IN THE EVENT THAT A PART HAS BEEN DAMAGED, MMW Distributors Inc. WILL COOPERATE IN FULL TO FIX OR REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT AS LONG AS ALL STEPS ABOVE HAS BEEN FOLLOWED.

CONDITION OF SALE: All sales are final and all products sold by MMW Distibutors Inc. are sold "as is" to the Buyer and are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. NO FULL REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

DAMAGES: Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (Freight Line/UPS/ETC.) customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.

RETURNS: Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from MMW Distibutors Inc. in advance and must by made within three (3) days of receiving the product. All returned products to MMW Distributors INc. are subject to 25% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping/Handling fees on any and all returns to MMW Distributors Inc.  All products, which are approved for return, are for merchandise credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by Mini Moto Works to the buyer. We will not accept a return on any merchandise that has been drilled, primed, sanded, etc. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. After receipt of goods, Mini Moto Works shall inspect the goods to determine the exact condition of goods received. If MMW Distributors Inc. does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Special Order Items are not returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders require a minimum non refundable deposit of 50% of total cost. If there are any cancellations for any reason by the buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to MMW Distributors Inc. and shall not be responsible for any late shipments. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Special orders may take anywhere between 4 to 16 weeks.

BACK ORDERS: MMW Distributors Inc. at this time does not back order items for customers. If an item is not in stock the order is either special ordered or the order is canceled.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by MMW Distributors Inc. unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment. UPS is the preferred method of shipment unless the merchandise is too large for FedEx standards, which would require shipping by common carriers.
